2025 Demographics Survey
This is the annual Spectator demographics survey. Participation is required for all members of staff. This survey was created by the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee to understand our staffers’ backgrounds. Using this data, we aim to better serve our community and identify places for growth.
In order to ensure that everyone is represented in this data, participation is required. However, we assure you that your data will be kept private — the only person who will have access to the raw data is Emily Lu, the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and this is solely to ensure that all staffers fill out the survey.
